3. Estimates and Billing

Estimates provided are based on initial visual assessments. Final costs may vary if unforeseen circumstances arise during the removal process. We offer insurance direct billing for covered perils; however, the property owner remains ultimately responsible for the invoice if the insurance claim is denied.

4. Liability and Property Damage

While we take every precaution to protect your property, emergency tree removal carries inherent risks. Jackson Emergency Tree Pros is fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unavoidable secondary damage caused during the safe extraction of hazardous trees.
